Transport Management Specialist – Vigo

About the role

As a Transport Management Specialist you will ensure the smooth movement of goods across our customers' logistics networks, guaranteeing material availability for daily operations. You will work on‑site in Vigo, collaborating with a multinational team that focuses on continuous supply‑chain optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily transportation activities using the company's Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Manage transport orders, communicate with customers and partners, and handle shipping exceptions.
• Provide timely solutions for transport delays and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Support the ongoing optimisation of logistics networks in a shift‑based environment.

Required profile

• Practical experience in the transportation industry with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to prioritise quickly during busy periods while maintaining proactive communication.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Interest in logistics and comfort working in a dynamic, virtual, international setting.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
