Transportation Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑paced international technology environment as a Transportation Logistics Specialist based in Spain. You will own the end‑to‑end movement of high‑value IT hardware—including servers, racks and data‑center equipment—across domestic European routes and global lanes such as Asia and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transportation of IT hardware on domestic, regional and international lanes, including inbound shipments from Asia and outbound freight to Israel.
• Coordinate air and ocean freight operations: carrier selection, booking, scheduling and real‑time tracking.
• Oversee RMA and reverse‑logistics processes, ensuring accurate returns and replacements.
• Maintain full visibility of active shipments, resolve delays and exceptions, and keep detailed chain‑of‑custody records in logistics management systems.
• Prepare customs documentation and handle clearance for cross‑border shipments in compliance with EU and international regulations.
• Support data‑center and operations teams with just‑in‑time delivery, staging and deployment of hardware.
• Monitor logistics costs, process invoices, manage vendor payments and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop contingency and routing strategies to improve continuity, efficiency and resilience.
• Track and report logistics KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management, preferably with high‑value IT equipment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑modal freight operations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and EU trade regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with engineering, procurement and data‑center teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, documentation and risk mitigation.
