Transportation Planner EMEA

About the role

Aliaxis Iberia is seeking an International Transportation Planner to develop, implement and optimise transportation plans across the EMEA region. You will ensure the timely, cost‑effective and compliant movement of goods while collaborating with carriers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support rollout and daily use of the Transportation Management System (TMS) across EMEA.
• Work closely with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to guarantee efficient, on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor shipments via TMS and carrier tracking tools, resolving issues as they arise.
• Optimise routes, carrier selection and transport plans to improve cost and delivery performance.
• Analyse transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Manage carrier allocation, rate processes and conduct regular operational reviews.
• Handle daily unplanned transport events and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Control transportation costs, verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport operations or related supply‑chain functions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions within defined parameters.
