Travel Advisor - French Speaker

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its Barcelona team. You will support French‑market clients throughout the boat‑rental journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners for warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion rates and guide customers through the entire booking process.
• Provide all necessary booking information and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve a reachable annual sales target, with over‑performance rewarded.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to ensure two days off per week.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from need assessment to closing and upselling.
• Team player who takes initiative and is driven by customer satisfaction.
