Travel Advisor – German Market (Seasonal Contract)

About the role
Join Click&Boat’s dynamic team in Barcelona as a Travel Advisor focused on the German market. You will support German‑speaking clients in finding and booking boat rentals, working closely with sales, supply and customer care teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
- Negotiate the best prices with boat owners to secure optimal deals.
- Apply sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and guide customers through the booking process.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for future bookings.
Required profile
- Native German speaker with fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles.
- Team player who takes initiative and is driven by customer satisfaction.
