Travel Consultant (Remote)

About the role

As a Travel Consultant at BCD Travel you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, helping them navigate travel policies and book journeys efficiently. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering smart travel solutions that align with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, offering tailored advice.
• Handle regulatory requests and ensure compliance.
• Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the travel industry landscape.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, procedures, and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus GDS platform.
