Travel Product Specialist

About the role

Exoticca is looking for a Travel Product Specialist to join its product team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for creating, configuring and publishing competitive travel packages, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality offers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and upload partner agreements and travel packages using Exoticca’s back‑office system.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers to verify product configuration, pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with the Product Brand and Flights teams to meet production schedules and publication deadlines.
• Provide product specifications and insights to Sales, Customer Service and B2B departments.
• Monitor and improve product quality before and after launch.

Required profile

• Tourism degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel agency environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
• High attention to detail and quality‑driven mindset.
• Adaptable, proactive and motivated with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
