User Acquisition Director

About the role

Socialpoint is seeking a results‑driven User Acquisition Director to lead profitable growth for its flagship mobile games, including Monster Legends, Dragon City, and Two Dots. The role owns the full acquisition strategy, works closely with product, creative, ASO, and data teams, and mentors a high‑performing UA team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end UA strategy across all major channels, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Lead yearly growth planning, scaling initiatives, and risk‑mitigation across markets.
• Develop measurement frameworks (SKAN, MMM, incrementality, pLTV) to improve decision quality.
• Optimize full‑funnel performance with product‑aligned campaigns and rigorous testing roadmaps.
• Mentor UA managers and analysts, fostering career growth and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with Creative, ASO, and Product teams to ensure cohesive funnel optimization.
• Establish transparent reporting, actionable insights, and faster execution processes.

Required profile

• Extensive performance‑marketing experience in mobile free‑to‑play gaming.
• Proven track record scaling multi‑million €/$ UA budgets profitably.
• Strong fluency in SKAN, mobile attribution, LTV modeling, and ROAS optimization.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making and experimentation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align multiple functions.
