Waiter (Camarero/a) – Cala San Miguel Hotel Ibiza

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter (Camarero/a) to join the team at Cala San Miguel Hotel Ibiza, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service and sales autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to guests during consumption of meals and drinks.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and equipment to guarantee smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) and HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service position.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge of mixology and general restaurant operations is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a well‑groomed personal image.
