Waiter – Luxury Beach Hotel in Ibiza

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join the food and beverage team at W Ibiza, a luxury beachfront hotel in Santa Eulalia del Rio. You will be the face of our restaurant and lounge venues, delivering high‑quality service to guests in a vibrant, boho‑chic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with service standards.
• Set tables and arrange settings based on the type of event or dining venue.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu selections and communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with the kitchen regarding order timing, re‑cooks, and product availability.
• Record orders and transactions using the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• Check in with guests throughout the service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service stations.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning off lights, and preparing the service area for the next shift.
• Present accurate checks to guests and process payments.
