Waiter / Server – Hotel Costa Vasca

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Barceló Costa Vasca, a 4‑star hotel in Guipúzcoa, Spain. As a Waiter you will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required, and provide attentive table service.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and service tools.
• Assist guests with menu choices and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Training in HACCP (APPCC) standards.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player with ability to work under pressure, good personal image, and strong customer orientation.
