About the role

Join the Barceló Benidorm Beach team as a waiter/waitress, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a vibrant resort environment. You will work autonomously while maintaining the brand’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and provide direct assistance during their dining experience.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service tools.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter/waitress role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Preferred knowledge of mixology, restaurant operations, and general hospitality.
• Strong teamwork, stress tolerance, agility, and a polished personal image.
