Waiter / Waitress – Hotel Occidental Mar Menor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Hotel Occidental Mar Menor in Murcia. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous and responsible service and sales of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Attend directly to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and equipment for smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hospitality) and HACCP certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player with ability to work under stress.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation) basics.
