Waiter / Waitress – Hotel Service in Madrid

About the role

Join the Barceló Torre de Madrid team as a professional waiter/waitress. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service autonomously and responsibly.
• Greet guests, seat them when needed, and provide direct assistance during their meal.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and organize workstations and tools to support smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and APPCC certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, agility, and a well‑kept personal image.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge (APPCC).
• Mixology basics (cocktail preparation).
