About the role

Barcelo Group is looking for a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join its hospitality team in Alicante. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and provide direct assistance during their dining experience.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work areas and equipment to guarantee smooth operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter or server position.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Preferred knowledge of mixology, restaurant operations, and general hospitality.
• Strong teamwork, stress tolerance, agility, and a well‑groomed personal image.
