About the role

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during meals and drinks.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level Hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hostelería).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (APPCC).
• Team‑oriented, stress‑tolerant, and well‑presented.

Required skills

• APPCC (food safety) knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation) basics.
