Waiter/Waitress – Rte Pintarroja – Menorca

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the team at the Barceló Hamilton Menorca hotel in Es Castell. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous and responsible service and sales of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, take them to their tables and ensure proper seating.
• Deliver direct assistance to guests during food and drink consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables, chairs and related equipment.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools to guarantee smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Formal HACCP training.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of mixology and restaurant operations is valued.
• Team‑oriented, stress‑tolerant, agile and well‑presented.
• Strong customer orientation and good interpersonal skills.
