Warehouse Assistant – Barcelona or Valencia

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our Barcelona or Valencia facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory management and timely transport coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep accurate stock control records.
• Organise and coordinate transport activities linked to warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential stock issues proactively and implement preventive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards.

Required profile

• First experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Strong ability to anticipate and resolve potential stock and supply issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
