Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator you will be the main point of contact between LVMH and its external logistics provider (3PL) for the Illescas warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics and Transport Manager, you will ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, inventory remains accurate and continuous improvements are implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, put‑away, storage, order preparation, outbound and returns activities performed by the 3PL.
• Validate execution of warehouse procedures and ensure compliance with quality, productivity and service standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of operational incidents and drive corrective actions with the 3PL and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process optimisation projects, including layout, flow and control tools.
• Manage procurement of warehouse consumables and verify invoicing from the logistics provider.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Experience supervising 3PL warehouse operations or similar logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Proven ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
