Web Content & Communication Coordinator (French native)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑native Web Content and Communication Coordinator to join an established international organisation in Barcelona. The role blends digital communication, content management and stakeholder coordination to create engaging online experiences for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish articles, visuals and multimedia assets using a CMS.
• Maintain content quality, accessibility and compliance with organisational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan editorial calendars and support communication campaigns.
• Monitor website performance with analytics tools and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure correct formatting across devices, offer first‑level technical support, and assist with visual content creation.
• Coordinate multi‑stakeholder projects, events and special initiatives, fostering effective communication across locations.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Journalism, Multimedia or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, content management or community engagement.
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in digital content creation and visual design tools.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
