West Mediterranean General Aviation/Military Account Manager

About the role

bp is hiring a West Mediterranean General Aviation/Military Account Manager to grow bp aviation's business through customer intimacy, strong line management of account managers, innovative offers and full ownership of customer relationships. The role covers sales to bulk customers and general aviation airports within the asset (Spain and Portugal), ensuring 100% customer centricity with internal partners such as Commercial, Trading & Shipping, Mobility & Convenience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous customer value, connectivity and understanding across the customer's organisation and simplify processes.
• Implement the global and market-sector strategy.
• Be accountable for agreed sales targets and act as focal point for sales to bulk customers and general aviation airports in Spain and Portugal.
• Develop customer plans and gain alignment with Commercial and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a successful sales track record.
• Sales experience, especially account management and delivering financial results, preferably with technical sales capability.
• Proven commercial acumen, economic analysis, negotiation and direct sales skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships and influence internally and externally.
• Spanish and English required; Portuguese preferable.
• bp aviation experience is a plus but not essential.
