Wholesale Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

About the role

As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative for UGG, you will take ownership of a diverse base of UGG accounts, build strong relationships and act as an ambassador for the brand. You will deliver positive customer experiences, even in challenging circumstances, and work closely with your Service Leader and customer services teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver against external and internal customer expectations and raise the bar on service
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve situations effectively
• Keep customer order books accurate, validated and executed efficiently from order placement to conversion
• Provide focused, accurate and professional account management across a diverse account base
• Collaborate across teams, support peers and contribute to wider team success
• Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions
• Achieve targets, SLAs and performance metrics
• Build partnerships with supply chain teams and warehouses to resolve service disruptions

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a wholesale environment
• Comfortable with conflicts and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in multifaceted organisations under pressure

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
