Workforce AI & Automation Domain Architect

About the role

The Workforce AI & Automation Domain Architect will lead architecture for AI‑driven products and automation solutions within Zurich's DEX ecosystem. You will translate product ambitions into compliant, end‑to‑end designs covering data, identity, integration, cloud, security, responsible AI and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI & Automation product and programme work streams, collaborating with product, business and technology stakeholders.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end compliant solutions, aligning with DEX domain direction and enterprise standards.
• Engage architecture and governance bodies to secure design approvals and ensure adherence throughout delivery and operational transition.
• Shape AI4DEX and automation patterns, embedding human oversight, controls and service ownership from the outset.
• Partner with engineers, vendors, risk teams and the Operations Factory to drive discovery, implementation and live operation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on architect with deep AI and automation expertise and ability to connect product decisions to broader DEX outcomes.
• Proven senior technical leadership for AI, low‑code, SaaS or digital products in a complex organization.
• Experience translating functional and non‑functional requirements into clear, compliant, implementable designs.
• Ability to support product change from discovery through implementation, assurance and operational transition.
• Credibility with engineers and vendors, with sufficient technical depth to challenge designs and guide delivery.
