Workshop Supervisor – Hydraulics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor – Hydraulics to lead our internal service team at the Bosch Rexroth branch in Malaga. This hands‑on leadership role oversees daily workshop operations, supports technicians, and ensures high‑quality hydraulic repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and allocate work for the internal service workshop team.
• Coordinate workshop jobs, monitor workflow, and optimise technician utilisation.
• Maintain workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability to meet operational targets.
• Provide technical support to customers, build relationships and identify aftermarket service opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, audits, licences, equipment registers and calibration requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold a safe workplace culture.

Required profile

• Trade qualified with a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent mechanical trade qualification.
• Minimum five years’ experience with hydraulic systems and equipment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a workshop or service team.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
