Advanced CMS Operations Manager

About the role

As an Advanced CMS Operations Manager you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of content for Porsche.com, ensuring smooth rollouts across markets and languages. You will act as the central communication hub between the content team, product owners and international markets, keeping the delivery pipeline transparent and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content production and rollouts across page types, markets and languages.
• Own prioritisation of incoming requests, balancing capacity, deadlines and business impact.
• Orchestrate rollout timelines, go‑live coordination and dependencies on data interfaces and approvals.
• Maintain the ticketing system and delivery pipeline, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to increase throughput and time‑to‑market.
• Support standardisation of rollout processes and reusable ways of working.
• Ensure quality and compliance checkpoints are met throughout coordination.

Required profile

• University degree in business, communications, digital media, project management or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in digital operations, project coordination or content rollout coordination.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast‑moving, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Pragmatic, proactive and calm under delivery pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms, preferably Storyblok.
• Experience with ticketing or workflow tools.
