Course Content Manager

About the role

The Course Content Manager will shape the present and future of the Urban Mobility Explained (UMX) learning portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Professional Education, you will ensure operational excellence, compliance and successful delivery of courses across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of UMX courses, meeting revenue, KPI and compliance targets.
• Identify emerging mobility trends and transform research and project outputs into new learning products.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality network of urban mobility experts and manage a centralised expert database.
• Lead operational activities for the Autonomous Mobility Academy, coordinating stakeholders, partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Own content governance for a portfolio of learning activities, reviewing and challenging material for accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor ecosystem developments and convert reports, studies and market insights into learning assets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in urban mobility, transport innovation or related sectors, including work with experts and knowledge products.
• 3+ years managing or producing blended education programmes for professional or lifelong‑learning audiences.
• Proven ability to identify, assess and engage subject‑matter experts and build professional networks.
• Strong critical thinking, excellent English communication (C1+) and a proactive, hands‑on mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with digital tools such as Netsuite.
• Experience with content management platforms like WordPress.
