Creative Production Manager - MAT Cover

About the role

The Creative Production Manager oversees the end‑to‑end production of creative assets such as POSM, digital and print media for multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment. The role covers the whole process from quoting to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and adherence to KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Validate client artworking briefings for clarity and technical completeness before passing them to studio teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical and creative advice to clients.
• Monitor studio progress, prioritize tasks and keep projects under tight control.
• Review final artworks to ensure they match the brief before client delivery.
• Track project timelines and guarantee deadline achievement.
• Close projects in the system once final files are received by the client.
• Secure purchase orders to enable invoicing.
• Collaborate with studios to maintain high service standards.
• Support information processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative production.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with POSM, digital media and print media production.
• Relevant industry education or qualification.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional European language is a plus.
