CTH Graphic Designer

About the role

EY is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its cross‑disciplinary team. You will work closely with internal clients to translate their vision into compelling visual solutions that align with EY’s brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables.
• Transform client ideas into innovative design products, storyboards and layouts.
• Develop clear, visually compelling campaigns, presentations and other communication assets.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize milestones and deliver within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with art directors, senior designers, writers, animators and videographers during ideation sessions and design sprints.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to visual identity guidelines.
• Identify and resolve obstacles through mindful communication and decisive action.

• Curiosity and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.
• Willingness to seek mentorship and incorporate feedback from senior designers.
• Flexibility to work off‑site or travel as project needs dictate.

Required skills

• Experience with event management or registration platforms such as Cvent.
• Familiarity with Eventbrite.
• Knowledge of Bizzabo.
• Understanding of Splash or similar event‑experience technologies.
