Customer Care Agent – Native Spanish Speaker with Portuguese

About the role

Join Porsche Digital’s Customer Relations Hub in Barcelona as a Customer Care Agent. You will be the first point of contact for Iberian customers, delivering clear and accurate information while ensuring a smooth, positive experience that reflects the Porsche brand.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Porsche’s products and services to customers in the Iberian market.
• Provide first‑line support, handling a wide variety of inquiries and issues.
• Contribute ideas to improve the Customer Relations Hub.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and proficient Portuguese and English.
• Experience in the automotive industry or luxury customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, problem‑solving mindset.
