Customer Support Agent (Dutch) – Emergency Response for Premium Customers

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona. The role focuses on emergency response for premium customers, handling vehicle‑related incidents, coordinating assistance, and tracking stolen cars. The position works on a night‑shift schedule (00:00‑08:00) and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls triggered by vehicle accidents and contact occupants immediately.
• Coordinate roadside assistance, arrange replacement vehicles, hotels, or onward mobility when needed.
• Assist customers in locating and recovering stolen vehicles using GPS tracking data.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, police, and internal teams throughout each incident.
• Document actions taken and ensure service quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (native or near‑native level).
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work the designated night‑shift schedule.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using monitoring platforms.
