Deployed Engineer (Customer‑Facing) – EMEA

About the role

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer. As a Deployed Engineer you will be the technical bridge between Cognition’s platform and engineering teams across EMEA, helping them integrate Devin into production environments and realize its value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full technical lifecycle for customers – from deployment through activation and ongoing success.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand workflows, identify high‑impact use cases, and pilot Devin in real‑world settings.
• Lead demos, support integrations, and drive product adoption by building strong relationships with top users.
• Gather and act on customer feedback, implement requested features when feasible, and advocate customer needs internally.
• Contribute product instincts to help shape the roadmap and prioritize enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong engineering foundation gained in a rigorous technical environment.
• Proven record of high performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
• Self‑directed mindset; able to operate without constant supervision.
• Customer empathy, ownership mindset, technical curiosity, bias toward execution, grit, and exploratory rigor.
