Digital Operation Solution Project Manager

About the role

As a Digital Operation Solution Project Manager you will lead the delivery of maintenance, fleet management and flight operations solutions for Airbus Defence and Space. You will work across matrixed teams, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve project objectives (scope, schedule, budget, quality) while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Define, implement and drive project teams across functions, integrating lessons learned and managing risks, opportunities and contracts.
• Consult the business on maintenance, fleet management and flight‑operations tool optimisation, and support the introduction of new digital tools.
• Coordinate requirement definition, functional analysis, documentation, testing and training for new releases.
• Manage partners and suppliers, and act as the primary interface with customers and development teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or related fields.
• Advanced level of English and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Programming in C#.
• Advanced proficiency with CATIA.
