Expansion Manager – Spain

About the role

Join fastned, a fast‑growing listed scale‑up, as an Expansion Manager for Spain. You will lead the search and acquisition of prime real‑estate sites for ultra‑fast EV charging stations across central and southern Spain, helping to build a European network of 1,000 stations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure high‑traffic locations for new fast‑charging stations.
• Negotiate agreements with landowners, developers, retailers and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a strategic network‑development plan for the Spanish market.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to streamline site‑selection processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading position.

Required profile

• Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in real‑estate acquisition, commercial development or related fields.
• Ability to work autonomously and shape expansion strategies.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of real‑estate market analysis.
• Understanding of electric‑vehicle charging infrastructure.
