About the role
Join PwC's Deals Transaction Services team as a Financial Due Diligence Analyst. You will work on high‑impact M&A, divestiture and financing projects, providing data‑driven insights that help clients maximise deal value.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence analyses for corporate and private‑equity clients.
- Analyse financial assumptions, assess risks and prepare detailed reports for decision‑makers.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
- Collaborate with international colleagues across Spain, Portugal, Italy, the US, LATAM and other regions.
- Support the end‑to‑end deal process, from initial assessment through to closing and post‑deal integration.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Motivation to develop a career in financial advisory and transaction services.
