French Customer Support Agent – Automotive & Hybrid

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona as a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent focused on automotive and hybrid vehicles. You will assist customers who use cars, motorbikes, and power equipment, providing first‑level technical help and guidance on IoT‑enabled features.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts (phone, email, letters) from French‑speaking customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information, resolve queries, and explain company policies.
• Support customers with import/export procedures, complaints, and usage of vehicle IoT applications.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service and building rapport.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (additional German language skills are a plus).
• Strong interest in technology, automobiles, and hybrid solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
