Full Stack Software Development Engineer (React / Node.js)

About the role

Launchmetrics is looking for a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to help shape Discover, the analytics suite that lets fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands monitor their presence, benchmark performance and uncover insights. The role can be performed fully remote or in a hybrid setting, but candidates must reside in Spain or Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship new features from architecture to production, using modern technologies.
• Maintain and improve existing functionality by fixing defects, refactoring code, and reducing architectural complexity.
• Lead frontend development with deep expertise in React and Redux, providing guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with pod teammates to deliver AI‑driven analytics and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Ensure high‑performance implementations while preserving a strong user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack web applications in a cloud environment.
• Comfortable working in small, end‑to‑end product pods and taking ownership of features.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to contribute to both new development and continuous improvement.
