About the role

We are looking for a Greek‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Barcelona team. You will act as the voice of a premium tyre brand, helping drivers and automotive enthusiasts optimise their mobility experience while promoting sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored advice to Greek‑speaking customers on tyre selection, vehicle dynamics and eco‑friendly driving practices.
• Educate callers on the latest tyre technologies, sustainable compounds and promotional offers.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complex issues with empathy and professionalism across phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and global teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Fluent Greek language skills (spoken and written) and strong communication abilities.
• Passion for automotive technology, sustainability and green innovation.
