Ignite Strategy Intern

About the role

The Ignite Strategy Intern will join Coca-Cola's Strategy function, supporting the development of long‑term growth plans and market‑driven initiatives. This 12‑month, full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience with real business impact across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market data and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the creation of business cases for new products, acquisitions, or market expansions.
• Assist in developing and executing sustainable business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategic objectives with operations.
• Help evaluate performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Participate in long‑term planning processes and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s student in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Legal right to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship).
• Available to start on 1 October 2026, 40 hours/week for 12 months.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Enthusiastic about Coca‑Cola’s brands, inclusive, team‑oriented and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
