About the role

We are a small, fast‑moving team building AI‑native products in partnership with the World Summit on Innovation. As an Innovation Product Engineer you will own features from the initial problem definition through to production, leveraging AI to prototype, validate and ship solutions.

Key responsibilities

Understand user problems and translate them into product solutions.
Design user flows, product experiences and APIs.
Rapidly prototype ideas using AI‑assisted development tools.
Build production‑quality front‑end and back‑end systems.
Design data models, integrations and work with agent‑based AI workflows.
Test, refine and iterate based on feedback.
Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment.
Challenge assumptions and contribute to overall product direction.

Required profile

Strong product intuition and a bias toward action.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
Curiosity and a rapid learning mindset.
Comfort working across multiple technical disciplines.
Clear communication skills.
Genuine interest in using AI to build better products faster.
