Internal Communication Manager

About the role

Destinus is seeking its first Internal Communication Manager to design and lead a company‑wide communications strategy. You will ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging during a period of rapid growth, working closely with leadership, People & Culture, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an internal communications strategy, including key messaging, channels, and tactics.
• Create and deliver content such as email updates, newsletters, intranet articles, videos, and presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders to align communications with business objectives and company values.
• Monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of internal communications using data and feedback.
• Manage crisis communications to keep employees informed.
• Maintain and optimise internal communication tools for usability and relevance.
• Potentially build and lead a small team of internal communication specialists.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, HR or a related field (advanced degree or certification a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Background in high‑growth, international or fast‑changing environments.
• Proven ability to create communication processes and structures from scratch.
• Experience producing emails, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
