IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a solutions‑driven IT Support Engineer who can bridge the gap between day‑to‑day user support and software development. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, security‑conscious and comfortable working across IT administration, end‑user assistance, and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations, cloud environments and business applications.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions and security policies; conduct regular audits and access reviews.
• Monitor system performance, backups and disaster‑recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshoot connectivity, application and access issues, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Deliver training on V2 Cloud, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and other corporate tools.
• Design, develop, test and maintain internal software tools and automation scripts.
• Maintain version control, release management and support production deployments.
• Coordinate IT and software projects, track progress and work with external vendors.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, responsive and security‑focused professional.
• Comfortable working across both IT support and software engineering tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for user training and cross‑functional collaboration.
