Missions principales

• Provide technical, logistical, and administrative support to assigned clinical trial projects.
• Collaborate closely with project coordination teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and update "as-built" documentation and participate in generating field modification requests.
• Ensure rigorous document control according to internal procedures and maintain traceability for all clinical trial records (digital and paper).
• Support monitoring activities, study supply management, and administrative tasks for monitors.
• Generate professional reports, charts, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participate in investigator meetings, CRA meetings, and specialized training sessions.

Profil recherché

• University degree or Master's degree in Clinical Research or a related scientific field.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working effectively in small, high-performing teams.
• Highly organized professional with the ability to meet strict deadlines and respect project budgets.
• Ability to thrive in a culture of empowerment and continuous learning.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong documentation and data management skills.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in both official local languages is a significant asset).
