Junior Sales Executive – Italian Market

About the role

We’re looking for Junior Sales Executives to join our crew in Barcelona. In this role you will manage Italian‑speaking clients interested in boat rentals, working closely with the Supply and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and advise them on their boat search.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners, working only with warm leads.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion, guiding customers through the entire booking process.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty for future sailing trips.
• Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Italian and fluent in English.
• Previous successful experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Team player who takes initiative and is driven by customer satisfaction.
