Junior Tax Analyst - PAS Mobility

About the Role

As a Junior Tax Analyst within our PAS Mobility department, you will play a crucial role in supporting international clients through complex tax compliance and mobility challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation tools.

Main Missions

• Prepare and submit individual tax returns for residents, non-residents, and special regimes.
• Analyze and apply special tax regimes specifically designed for expatriates.
• Calculate tax withholdings and perform complex tax equalization processes.
• Prepare and present essential documentation to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
• Manage requests for Spanish Social Security coverage certificates.
• Collaborate with multiple managers to ensure high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.

Profile Required

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience in taxation.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A Master's degree in Taxation or prior experience in similar services is a significant plus.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
• Spanish language: Native or C2 level.
• English language: B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Tax compliance and mobility expertise.
