Learning Experience Manager – Employee Development (Iberia)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Experience Manager to lead employee development across the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). Based in Madrid, you will design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that enhance product knowledge, sales performance and managerial capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with People, Retail and other partners to assess skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
• Report regional learning needs to the Senior Manager Learning Experience and integrate them into the EMEA strategy.
• Plan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new hires in Spain and Portugal.
• Design and deliver sales, customer‑experience, product‑knowledge and storytelling training.
• Develop career‑development and managerial‑skill learning experiences using blended, virtual and in‑person methods.
• Monitor learning impact, collect participant and stakeholder feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Learning Experience or Training Manager, preferably in retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate learning needs into actionable programs.
• Experience facilitating both in‑person and virtual learning sessions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
