Logistics Projects Supervisor

About the role

As a Logistics Projects Supervisor at Volotea, you will be at the core of aircraft retrofit and cabin modification programmes, linking Engineering, Planning and key suppliers to ensure aircraft readiness. You will coordinate material ordering, monitor deliveries and support the Logistics Manager and Technical Director in a fast‑paced airline environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistics support for new and ongoing retrofit campaigns, coordinating ordering, monitoring and planning with Engineering and Planning departments.
• Manage cabin modification logistics, including ordering and delivery of BFE items such as seat sets, emergency equipment, carpets and cabin lighting kits, negotiating pricing with providers and OEMs (e.g., Airbus, SAFRAN).
• Coordinate material procurement for Service Bulletins and aircraft phase‑in, including wheels and brakes with SAFRAN Landing System.
• Source and purchase high‑value or strategic components, and oversee logistics for Wi‑Fi, cabin light kits and other specific materials.
• Support the Logistics Manager and Technical Director with ad‑hoc duties and project reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or project coordination within the aviation or related industry.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, up to 2 days remote).
