About the role

Fever is seeking a Marketing Strategy Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver impactful initiatives, optimize performance through data‑driven insights, and promote products and experiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy of your experiences.
• Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, for partners and Fever Original events.
• Create high‑visibility performance digital campaigns leveraging social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, media, CRM, design, and content teams to provide strategic direction for campaigns.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Strong marketing background.
• Motivation to work in Madrid and grow within Fever.
