NetSuite Developer – Remote

About the role

Join Spainlink, a global software and engineering services firm, as a NetSuite Developer. You will lead the design, customization, and integration of NetSuite ERP solutions while managing project delivery for international clients. The role is fully remote, requiring coordination with teams across the US Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, reports and dashboards.
• Lead end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation projects, from discovery and planning through testing and go‑live.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
• Integrate NetSuite with third‑party platforms such as CRMs, banking APIs, and other services.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resource allocation and delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers and external vendors as needed.
• Ensure best‑practice documentation and clean handovers after delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on NetSuite development experience.
• Proven ability to lead NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Availability to work aligned with the US Eastern (EST) timezone.
