Partner Account Manager – Spain, Italy & MEA

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Account Manager to lead the development of consulting, GSI and AI‑native boutique partnerships across Spain, Italy and the broader Middle East & Africa region. This senior, builder‑focused role will own the strategic roadmap, investment priorities and revenue targets for a portfolio of high‑impact partners, driving enterprise growth for Anthropic’s AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Treat each partner as a structured sales pursuit with detailed stakeholder mapping, account plans and targeted engagement strategies.
• Guide partners in creating repeatable customer solutions for use cases in financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector and professional services.
• Own and drive KPIs such as partner‑sourced pipeline, partner‑influenced revenue, certified consultants and joint proposals.
• Establish success metrics, conduct regular business reviews and report partnership health with data‑driven insights.
• Architect every deal for customer success, long‑term value expansion and continuous improvement.
• Amplify the Anthropic brand across the region through strategic partner relationships and market‑specific GTM strategies.
• Navigate regional regulatory, compliance and data‑sovereignty considerations.

Required profile

• Builder mentality with a proven track record of taking partnerships from zero to scaled revenue engines.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, preferably within cloud, AI/ML or platform businesses.
• Deep existing relationships at VP‑plus level within target partners.
