Portuguese Speaking Support/Sales Agent – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Support/Sales Agent to join our Barcelona team. The role combines customer assistance with proactive sales, helping Portuguese‑speaking clients achieve their goals while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to Portuguese‑speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and promote or upsell relevant products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and regular follow‑ups.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of company products and services to ensure accurate client interactions.
• Collect client feedback and share insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify client needs and close deals.
• Resourceful problem‑solving attitude and ability to handle challenging situations positively.
